Calmer than you are.
I got married over the weekend, and the Wife and I are honeymooning in Aruba in June. We're doing the all-inclusive thing, but, assuming that I'll only be able to sit on the beach or "hang-out in the room" so much; what else should we do while in Aruba? Is there anything/anywhere that is an absolute must see? Any tips from those that have been there would be greatly appreciated.

if you get too bored, you can always cheat on your wife with an attractive local woman
If I get bored, it won't be because I'm not getting laid enough.

Kill a young, rich, blonde American girl and blame the locals.
Never, but I would consider selling her (the young, rich, blonde) into some kind of sex ring, and making a tidy profit.

Avoid Aruba like the plague. It sucks.

Atlanta is where we connect Columbus to Aruba. Now I'll be forced to fire bomb the city on our way home.

May I recommend a place to start?

Been to Bonaire and Curacao.
Don't leave your stuff out in the open or unguarded.
Very windy. And bugs are huge.
Think about what to take/plan for one of you getting sick for a few days. Watch out for that sun! You will be in a tropical enviroment so any cuts or scrapes will fester quickly! Pack some Neosporin cream. :tongue2:
Amstel made from desalinated sea water! OMFG! Why drink water(which is very good) when you can drink some of the best tasting beer you'll probably ever have!
Great sea food! And steak from South America. Can be pricey.
It will be a long flight(the northern tip of South America) so be prepared for a little suffering.
The scuba diving is great, even off Aruba. Give it a try if you've ever thought about it.
Aruba night life will be OK but stay alert! Know where your going and don't wander after dark.
Don't tell a European vacationer that they can come visit you! Because they will take that as an invitation and expect a stay with you! (this is a matter of Euro thought/courtesy). I'm serious!

Aruba is amazing. I went there for my honeymoon 5 years ago...there's probably an old thread on here with suggestions. We arrived in Aruba the same day Natalie Hallowell went missing..it was pretty crazy around the island. I would definitely snorkle while your there. They have a pretty good local beer "Balashi" or something like that. Good food - check out El Goucho and the Sunset bar or cafe.
