Since when is not being able to hit the hole (let alone make) from 3 feet considered a bad break. Where I'm from, we call that the yips. If he would spend as much time practicing his putting as he does bitching, he wouldn't be in this situation.

I've signed an incorrect scorecard before, and it sucks.

Agreed I almost did it when I was back in High School golf team matches but I have seen others get DQ'd and I'm not talking Dairy Queened people. :wink:

Ames is already feeling the pressure. He'll be a mess this whole round.

Tiger is simply too intimidating in the final group. 99% of the players are not prepared for the crowds and attention during a final round with Tiger.

I've got to disagree. I highly doubt they get intimidated by the crowds and the attention. IMO, they all want to beat Tiger so bad that they try too hard. They get away from what got them in the final pairing in the first place.

I did it in a college tournament. Luckily, I was the 5th score that round so it wouldn't have counted anyway. Also, in a college tourney if you get DQ'd from one round you can still play the others for your team you just can't win any individual honors.
