Would you rather have cole slaw in your shoes, or baked beans in your shoes? Before you answer, realize that you have to FILL your shoes with as much of one or the other until you can't possibly fit any more in. I think that you should also have to put your feet in the shoes (I know, the cole slaw or the beans will squish out, but that's fair). I guess the question can be asked for whether you want to throw the shoes away right after, and also for if you want to keep the shoes and you want to clean them up afterward.
