Who is your least favorite Buckeye of all time (not counting MoC)?

You know what the most entertaining part of this thread is? Every player and incident that ol' Tibs had mentioned were recruited and did occur under the tenure of his boy John Cooper. Maybe the good doctor is just this close to a breakthrough.

As far as the nature of this thread, it's honest. I mean, wouldn't you just mock a Nebraska fan silly, for example, if they tried to defend EVERY player who played there? Lawrence Phillips? Christian "I'll take 'the rapist' for a thousand" Peter? As far as what players or recruits read, I think it's fine that they know that if they turn out to be dirtbags that the fans will still remember their screwups 10 years later. Represent the school, the fans and the tradition well, and there are no issues. NO ONE bags on Archie Griffin or on Eddie George, Orlando Pace, etc. Play hard, do well in the classroom and stay out of trouble, and you're a hero. How freaking difficult is that? I'd hardly call it the standard of perfection.

The insinuation that Nate Clements is in the same league as those guys is absurd. Nate Clements? Nate Clements? If someone would have told me he was going to start this thread, Nate Clements would not have even come into my mind as someone who would be mentioned.

And when I said "perfection", I was referring to both off and on the field. We had people in this thread defending the bashing of Clements because he muffed a punt as a freshman, or bashing Jackson because he was a bad QB. So now, in order to not be a least favorite, you have to never screw up on OR off the field.

Attacking someone for having a different opinion...

One incident of dancing on that stupid W in my mind does not justify making someone a "least favorite player".

I understand your postion. You have your thoughts on that and some people have others...in their mind the "W" incident was enough, that may not be the xase for you, but there is no right or wrong...

Understand though, it doesn't make them wrong, or you wrong...this isn't about some "absolute"...it's sharing one's opinions...thus, they each have their own value.

to attack someone that disagrees with your opinion, is rathere pointless, don't you think?

He's not attacking he's refuting.. can't you see the difference?

I know the difference. What I don't understand how you can refute an opinion. How you can refute something as objective as which Buckeye player you like OR dislike the most.

If you can help me out with that notion, I would be appreciative.

Refute that I like Vanilla Ice Cream but I don't liker Chocolate, for example.

Thanks BuckeyeInTheBoro.

All I am doing is voicing my opinion that I found you people's opinion to be absolutley disgusting. And there are plenty of people who don't like my opinion either, if you look at this thread. I can deal with that. But I will never profess to understand or accept your opinion, if it involves disliking Nate Clements simply because he let a punt hit him, danced on the W(after they danced on our O BTW), and said he was better than Jamar Fletcher. If you applied those standards to everybody, there wouldn't be many players to like. If OSU "got what they deserved" whenever somebody like that was on the team, they'd never win. Of course, neither would anybody else.
