Keira Knightley in a walk-over, although the picture you chose favors Scarlet (Cosmo Kramer's FRIEND's [EDIT] odd license plate describes what I tend to focus on when looking at female bodies ).

Scarlet's face is nothing to write home about and I tend to prefer dark hair (despite marrying a blonde).

From that pic I have to say Knightley, but Scarlet is really freaking hot too and I would love to jump on her back in that picture. Now if Rachel McAdams had been in it like she was supposed to I might have to change my answer.
