and any forum will tell you ND is filled with fans who can't name 2 players on the squad. I'm not sure why you are proud of those types of fans who only like the team b/c of catholic ties.

Notre Dame has more fans nationally. Who cares though. Does it really matter? ND has a great tradition and has and will have many great teams.
Like Michigan, they are a great rival. Man, we really smacked them last year. Feels great.

Being in CA though, I love seeing people in Texas hats and shirts more often that USC crap. The Trojans suck.
