Troy Smith has the Heisman hardware and was a Wolverine killer. Fields and Stroud's stats are both off the charts incredible.

CJ Stroud IMO, and not very close.

Only wish he utilized his legs the way he has in NFL while at OSU.

Stroud followed by Fields, but Stroud gets a huge bump for doing it in the NFL as a rookie. At least our best QB's ever actually played for us unlike TTUN who benched the best ever for a baseball player.

I disagree. While championships are nice and all, I don't believe that they are as important as saying that no one else can compete with those three.
Say you're building a team of greatest Buckeyes of all time. Do you really choose one of those three? I don't think any of those three are in my top 5 choices. In no particular order, I'm picking Troy Smith, CJ Stroud, Justin Fields, and the last 2 spots for Braxton Miller, JT Barrett, Tyrelle Pryor, and Dwayne Haskins. Rex Kern is before my time, so I won't speak about him. But I'm probably picking Joe Germaine over Jones, and possibly over Krenzel, too (but probably not).

I can't remember a time when I was so excited for football after a season where the Buckeyes lost to those dickholes up north.

I voted Troy Smith. He was so good that even Tressel took the leash off and turned him loose. A great leader with his words and actions and kryptonite to those cheaters up north.
