Milford, OH may have many mangy dogs, but it's actually it's hillbillier neighbor Goshen, OH that owns the title of "Mangy Dog Capitol of the Midwest". Milford and the adjacent Miami Township proudly holds the title of "Most Homes with Washers and Dryers in the Front Yard" and "Most Homes with RC Car Tracks in the Backyard".
