Where does this win rank?

It was the right call, no one was robbed except MAYBE Ohio State when a clearly blown call (really two blown calls) missed a textbook defensive holding AND called a completed pass incomplete which would have allowed Ohio State to runout the clock in regulation.

That game remains the standard I compare all other wins by. Other than my kids being born, I don't think the pure thrill of seeing Cie Grant blitz Ken Dorsey and force a bad pass will ever be surpassed.

Still remember dropping to my knees when that pass wasn't caught, then going bonkers when the flag came out. That was the most exciting, and emotionally draining game I think I've ever watched. The same can be said for that entire season. What a ride!

There's no "maybe" about it. If the right call is made (either one of them), Dan Fouts wouldn't have gotten his chance to bitch about the overtime call. I might have no opinion of him, rather than a negative opinion of him.
Or.. how about in the second overtime. There was a pass interference where the call was made against Chris Gamble (as a defensive player) that put the ball on the 2. Probably not as big of a thing, since previously it was first and goal at the 6. Go to about 2:13:35 for the replay. He has him hooked around the waist with his arm, but still seems like less contact than the "infamous" play was.
