Why not? The dispenser at the john at work is hands-free and the soap sufficiently non-viscous to allow it to cover my hands well enough that I don't need water to spread it around. What's the point of the water pre-soap?

Water and soap at office is hands-free, so one hand gets the water going, the other gathers soap. Perfect.

At home we have pump dispensers... I like to use dry hands to pump the soap. What do you use, wet hands to pump?
