I would have to sit in it, if I fit, and feel and listen to the problem. I would not be surprised if they try to hit you for several problems. They will suggest new brake pads and either turning the rotors or replacing. Struts will get thrown out but you did not mention a bouncing or bottoming out. Wheel bearings will lead to uneven tire wear.
I do not know if the front drive shafts are the same length but you may have CV joint issue?
All I say is I am glad it is not me. My 1997 Ford F150 just turned over 100K miles. It still runs hard, just needs a little body work for a few collisions with some trees.:)
