Not a huge Max & Erma's fan, but hot shit is that soup good. I actually have a very agreeable clone recipe (almost better, since you can control the amount of chicken).

Yeah I usually only get the buffalo chicken sandwich or the chicken parmesean at M&E's

I found a clone recipe for the tortilla soup on the internet, and am waiting til I have the time to try it. Yes, controlling the amount, and even the quality of the chicken is definitley going to be a plus.
