I would hit either El Vaquero, or the Eastern Bay Chinese place. They have one of the better lunch buffets around. Rusty Bucket at Lane avenue if you want to enjoy a cold one w/ lunch. Or Barleys.

Where exactly is that place at, my folks gave us a gift certificate and all it has is "UA" and a phone #. Is it any good, what are the specialties?

It is in the Lane Avenue shopping center. The food is OK and they have a fairly good selection of Brews. There is also one in Dublin off Avery Rd and Rt. 33
