I'll gladly eat a hefty serving of crow if he were to succeed. I just don't see it happening given the talent on the team right now. Most successful teams are built from the bottom up, and throwing a QB into an unsettled offensive situation doesn't pan out all that often. For every Peyton Manning, there's 4-5 Tim Couch's/Akili Smith/Ryan Leafs.JCOSU86;823073; said:Playing Devil's advocate here: If it is Quinn and he does really well with the Browns, will there be a crow-eating contest?
I honestly think Quinn could do quite well in the NFL given the proper situation. I really do believe Detroit should look real hard at drafting him, because I think he could become a star in Mike Martz's pass happy system. I just don't see him succeeding in Cleveland.
