Saw the Pogues twice. Once with Shane (RIP) and once with Joe Strummer (when the band fired him because he couldn't get through a set). Thought they were better with Strummer (fwiw I'm a big Clash fan. McGowan was a brilliant song writer and studio singer and I've heard plenty of live takes where he kills it. Those moments just got rarer and rarer though--from the late 80s on). Slainte!
