The great thing about this song is any suburbanite can relate to it, whether you were born in the 70s or the 21st century. Three suburbanites from Ontario wrote it.



Saw this live in 1984. My regret is I didn't truly appreciate their talents at the time.

Another Rush song men of my generation (and especially older) should appreciate. He's talking about us, and did it when he was young. Prescient.



"Mission" is a little bit similar. "It's cold comfort to the ones without it, to know how they struggled, how they suffered about it ..." Lots of studies showing that as people approach death they regret what they didn't do much more than the mistakes they made.
