Don't sign up for lifetime prostitution services with one woman. WTF?

Or just make her pay her rent in money but turn the water off at the sinks and toilets and she can pay you in sexing for the handyman stuff. You could even do a brazzers thing. "I hear you're having trouble with your. ..pipes?"
