I bought a Toro last summer after the hand-me-down Snapper my dad gave me bit the dust. It took a while to get used to front wheel drive after only using rear wheel for years but I really like it now.

Cub Cadet 3235, 54 inch deck, with yard sweep. 48 in. two stage snow blower. 4 suitcase weights(@ 40 lbs each), ag. tires and turf tires. Lawn mowing is serious business for my home. Gotta have that golf course look.:tongue2:
Honda push mower for trimming, and Stihl weed wacker.

We are due to purchase one within the next week or so. The grass is getting pretty high. If we don't get one very soon we are going to get bombarded by ads for all of the mowing companies that mow our neighbors yards.

Well, it looks like my 10,000 year old Yard Machine walk behind mower finally kicked it tonight. I knew I was in trouble when the engine was throttling up and down just in the front yard, which is a much smoother mow than my back yard. I finished the front yard, made almost one lap around the back yard and that was it. I thought it might have just been low on oil so I added some. It still refused to start. If it does not start tomorrow morning off to Home Depot or Lowe's to see if I can find a new Toro or Yard Machine.

Husqvarna walk behind with a Honda engine. The damn thing will mow through just about anything.
Also a craftsman rider that is eerily reminiscent of the time I tried to ride a shopping cart down a bumpy overpass.

Obviously alcohol was involved....

I have a craftsman push w/ a B&S

an off brand push (self propelled, rear wheel) with a B&S

and a rider, true value brand with a B&S

No, I hold no loyalty to Briggs, and I am not a collector....

I don't even have that big a yard....

I just got really good deals, the only one I paid for was the Craftsman.

Bought a Toro Personal Pace mower today and just finished the back yard. Man, that things can move. I almost lost it a couple of times. If you push down at all the thing speeds up. Quite a change of pace from my 15+ year old mower.
