Sushi Chic, if you get to Columbus go to Haiku in Short North on High St. They have a signature roll that is a tempura shrimp inside a roll that is like a crepe that is absolutely outstanding. Not exactly traditional faire, but delicious.
), but they do have some stuff that's hard to find in C-bus. That's the first place I ever tried jellyfish, white tuna, and also tobiko with quail egg. Both were surprisingly good. Oh, and a word of advice... don't go there when you're high -- you can really rack up a huge bill!I hope you yayhoos that said "rainbow roll", "California roll", etc., realize that those aren't actually authentic selections, but rather fancy-schmancy shit concocted for gullible gaijin (non-Japanese) back when sushi was trendy. You won't find those in Japan.
