It's funny but true...couldn't sleep, couldn't use aloe, an ice bath made it stop for a few minutes, but it was even worse afterward. So far beyond a normal sunburn itch...felt like needles jabbing me from all sides.

got stung by a yellow jacket just below my palm on my wrist, it swelled up to the point where you couldn't see my tendons and it itched like crazy. I would itch it, then it would burn, and the only way to stop the burn was to itch it some more. I almost went out of my mind. It was like that for a solid month too.

I forgot about the itch from a cast. Anything you can get down the cast is worth a try to stop the itching.
