Not the Blue Moon Holiday Ale...that stuff sucks. How can a company that makes such a good beer also make such a shitty beer? Them's fighting words.
The ungrammatical use of them's for "those are" emphasizes the folksy tone of this colloquialism, first recorded in Ring Lardner's Gullible's Travels (1917).

Very much so.

I'm shocked...I had it at Gibby's in Grandview during the Northwestern game. Maybe it was the fact that I was on life support from the night before. I will give it another shot just for you...

Christmas Ale works nicely too.

I second Great Lakes Christmas Ale...it's worth the $10 for a 6er. Christmas lights too. The lights along Michigan Ave. are cool. Every tree that lines the street has lights, and when it snowed a week and a half ago, it made it look even better. Personally, I think they should leave them up all winter.

Probably has more to do with my preference for beers that taste like candy. :!

I wasn't aware that Blue Moon made a good beer.

Oh, and the Sierra Nevada Celebration Ale kicks ass.

Now the Sierra Nevada I thought was even worse...what is with you ladies???

Speaking of beer, I am pumped about the fact that my sister is due in town next week, which means a large shipment of Yuengling for me! I guess that is something I enjoy about Winter...
