orechiette with broccoli and anchovies
pork green chili (actually won a chili cook-off with this)
grilled fish with avocado/corn/onion salsa
New York strip steaks

Last night I made homemade Philly cheese steaks for the first time ever and they were awesome.

Mostly breakfast stuff. Various omelets, waffles, oatmeal from scratch.
I grill outside for dinner/lunch all year. My speciality is Cajun salmon. Nothing fancy.
I have baked pies and cakes and muffins.
I can make soup from scratch.

Grilled cheese

2 pieces of bread
1(2) piece(s) of cheese
Butter

Butter only one side of each piece of bread. Set piece of bread (butter side down) in hot skillet. Add cheese to taste. Lay second piece of bread on cheese (butter side up). Flip occasionally until bread reaches desired color.

French Onion Soup
Glazed pork chops (or chicken) in a wine reduction
Chicken and homemade noodles (just like at nancy's on high st)
Chilli Con Carne (not the crap with beans most people make)
Salsa (usually not to hot, but with plenty of onion and garlic)
Enchiladas
White beans and cornbread
Potato soup (made with heavy cream, not for the cholesterol impaired)
Pork Tenderloin
Jerk Chicken

You name a basic candy that starts with sugar and corn syrup, chances are I've made it. (rock candy, lollipops, gummi, taffy, etc...) all real fun to make

I've been giving serious thought to trying to make rootbeer.

and of course:
Pork tar-tar in hailbut gravy surf-n-turf combo platter

I had a big weekend of cooking so I was wondering what if anything the rest of you cook.
This past weekend I made:
Blackened chicken and spinach alfredo
Veal Parm
and Pumpkin Cheesecake

Some of my other specialties are:
Pizza (Who'd of guessed)
Calzones
most things Italian
anything on the grill
beef or pork roast
Gumbo
Chili
biscuits and sausage gravy
meatballs

Unfortunately I don't have a lot of healthy foods that I can cook.

Pumpkin Cheesecake? Please explain.

I actually really enjoy cooking. I do a lot of stuff on the grill, steaks, gourmet burgers via my burger press (garlic and onions on the beef, measured out into 1/4 lb patties), various types of sausage, potatoes, etc...

Also, the Crockpot and Deep fryer is my friend, I do some great wings in the deep fryer which kind of sucks since my friends come over and frequently ask for them, in the Crockpot Chili, Pulled Pork, various stews, and BBQ Beef off the top of my head.

It may not be the manliest thing, but it does more to get me laid than my '65 Mustang ever did.
