Well, I planned on having off Friday, Saturday & Sunday...........BUT, I was forced to come in on mandatory OT tonight and work 5p-5a.....going to be a long one.

This weekend,

Visit the folks on Friday
Yardwork on Saturday
Sunday (today) go to cousins graduation party (tOSU- anyone hiring number cruncers here?)

Next weekend-

Friday shopping for the rents, then taking the dog to jail.

Friday - Went to bed early.
Saturday - finished up working on my chest freezer, moved it into the garage, went to see Tiesto with some friends on Saturday night.
Sunday - Cleaned out the garage so I could put all of my homebrew stuff into it, planning to watch the Lakers game.

I miss the "lay on the couch and watch football all weekend" days :(

Weekend??? Relax??

The list goes on and on.

Cut the 5 acres of grass.
Weekwack.
Plant the garden or weed the garden.
Clean out the garage.
Clean up the basement.
Cook Out. Fire up that grill.
Play catch with the kids.
Church.
Run errands.
But never shop unless its for food.
Do schoolwork. Who's idea was continuing ed?? Why the hell do I really need a PhD?
Clean out the fence row.
Take the kids to the pool.
Take the kids to the zoo.
Find time for the gym.
Eat a Sunday Brunch.
Find time to meet the boys at Kingy's for a Labaat Blue Light or two or a Manhattan or two. Maybe Scotch with a touch of water.

When will it ever end?
I know I am not the only one, but what ever happened to relaxing and listening to the Reds or Indians with a cold one?

my dad's surprise 50th birthday part is this coming saturday - it was my idea to throw the party and my involvement is this:

send out the invites - done
get dad out of the house - we are going fishing!

my wife/mom/brother have to setup, cook, prepare ect, and then i get to come home with dad and enjoy!

Work Friday 5a-5p, Off Saturday & Sunday....Leaving sometime Sunday for the Maryland State Firemen's Convention in Ocean City, MD and will return at some point on Wednesday :)
