We're never getting out here in Jersey... we've DOUBLED in 2.5 weeks.. we've been shut down for 6+ frigging weeks and it's still climbing...
Township doesn't tell us shit about what's going on... just posts the daily #s...
I highly suspect our aged condo facility is on fire...
Cost of a 1 BR unit is $400,000 ... includes total care for life... thru no assistance, assisted and total care phases...
but you don't OWN the unit... when you kick, it's theirs...
If it's not this.. we're screwed...

Man, I feel for you. I miss Jersey but glad I got out now.
