"Copper" on BBC America. If you love the grit and gore of series like "Breaking Bad" and "Dexter" you'll probably like "Copper". Set in post Civil War, New York city it's about an Irish American cop. It's bloody, gritty and intense. Has a bit of "Gangs of New York" in it. It's in it's second season so you might enjoy renting the first season for some background on characters.

Watched the Dexter finale last night. Might have been the worst last season and finale of any show I've ever watched to completion. It felt like they pretty much phoned in the whole season leading up to the finale and then never really had a climax.

Watched the first three episodes of "Brooklyn Nine-Nine", and I'm a fan. Andy Samberg being Andy Samberg, so it probably depends on whether you like his schtick, but the supporting cast is pretty good, and a deadpan Andre Braugher really makes the show work so far.

I thought Homeland had its own thread but search function isn't finding it. Anyways, I haven't watched tonights episode but this whole Dana storyline needs to fucking go. Her character falls in line with Lori from Walking Dead and Skyler/Marie from Breaking Bad. It's the never ending dream of them just killing the stupid bitch off the show.
