Almost the same as lunch but this time a 3 egg omelet with sauteed onion and sweet peppers, 2 slices of provolone, avocado, homemade home fries (boil potatoes night before, cool them in the fridge, grate them and cook them on one side only in a butter/olive oil mixture), corn tortillas and plenty of hot sauce.
