my concoction, which actually tastes really good (like a mini-dessert):

1 cup of cherry yogurt (fruit on bottom)
1/2 cup of kashi granola cereal
20 grams of whey isolate protein powder
10 grams of whole organic egg powder
10 grams of branched chain amino acids powder
2 grams of beta-alanine powder
30 grams of rice oligodextrin powder (low glycemic carb)
