Ohio State football vs. Western Michigan announcers revealed
The Ohio State football team is taking on Western Michigan on Big Ten Network. We now know who the announcers are for this game. The Ohio State football team is taking on Western Michigan on Saturday night. The game is on Big Ten Network at 7:30 pm. It's the second straight game the Buckeyes play at home against a MAC team. This time, it's against a team that gave another Big Ten team some problems.
Ohio State is hoping to avoid the issues that the Broncos gave Wisconsin last week. The offense is hoping to start faster than they did against the Zips. It will be interesting to see if the offense is ready to come out hot and play right away or if they'll need a couple of series to get into the groove again.
This is probably the only night game that the Buckeyes will have on BTN this year. There's a shot that they have another game on BTN at some point but it probably won't be a night game. We now know who the announcers are for this game and neither one of them are Ohio State affiliated.
Announcers for Ohio State football vs. Western Michigan revealed
The play-by-play guy for this game will be Jeff Leverling. He will be flanked by Jake Butt as the analyst. If you remember, Butt is a former Michigan tight end. He's done Buckeye games before, but I can't say I'm a massive fan. There are worse analysts out there though. Brooke Fletcher is the sideline reporter. The Ohio State Buckeyes are probably going to blow out the Broncos. That means that these announcers are going to have to figure out things to say late in the second half when the game is out of hand. I'm sure they will be prepared with some interesting stories.
