I hate to pull humor from a tragic situation but I just couldn't let this quote go: (bold text applied by me)

Patricia Betts said she arrived home to find smoke filling her apartment.
"My brother was in my apartment watching our kids and smoke started coming from the closet. They were outside in the hallway sitting on the steps when I got home," she said. "We opened the door and smoke was everywhere. Then my whole apartment just blew up."

LOL! And let's face it...any woman in WVA coulda said those words.

A radio station in Atlanta ran a funny story contest. This girl calls up to tell about her marriage to a WVA'an and their WVA honeymoon trip to his parents place up in them thar hills. They arrive late at night and go on to bed. The next morning she wakes up and screams bloody murder as she finds all the men of the family gathered around their bed just looking at her.

Per the groom: "They're just trying to get to know you."

They were back in the car and outa there in five New York minutes.
