VT has two technical fouls in the Illinois game...

* One against the coach (don't know what he did)
* A cheap one against Washington... after a miss he turned to head down court and got his feet tangled with an Illinois player... bad call. Illinois ended up missing both free throws.

Illinois doesnt have a guard on the team. That may have been the worse ball handling in the history of the sport.

Officiating was terrible though. Was bad in favor of Illinois earlier, then toward the end it flip flopped. Calls on basically nothing at one end, then no calls at all at the other. Inconsistent in general.

Yep... by far the worst officiating of the tournament so far, on both sides of the ball.

Sweet 16 day; They either get in or not
Va. Comm. vs Pitt...... it won't happen twice ... Pitt
Indiana vs UCLA.. in what could be one of the best games of the tourney. Gotta go with the Big Ten ... Indiana by a nose.. How many overtimes could this one go?

they really suck. 9 TURNOVERS and that weak coach doesn't call timeout with a few minutes left and a 9 point lead. He got out-coached badly

Now I understand why that top recruit picking Indiana and saying goodbye to Illasucky.

All big ten teams could have made the 2nd round.

Ucla has more... and are quicker, Indiana goes down.
