It's tempting to go with the smurf turf on a "neutral" field, but... god... NC State looks like a dumpster fire to me. May as well go all out crazy. In their first DIA game, I'm picking Georgia Southern to embarrass the ACC. Off topic, but NC State has got to have the biggest joke of a schedule I've ever seen.
