I think Bucky has been playing better as of late and their two losses are against teams that offer an element of explosiveness that PSU does not have (Southern Cal and Alabama).
Add to the fact that I think Luke Fickell is a better coach than James Franklin
Add to the fact that JF is good for at least one pants shitting mistake per season (if not more)
Add to the fact that it's a night game in Madison and the weather is nice so they'll be drinking all day
Gimme the Badgers. PSU has been playing with fire all year. I'll take Wisconsin and wish I was at State Street Brats to crush some beers and enjoy the festivities.
