I'll try re-phrasing.

The tOSU men's basketball team has defeated two teams in the 2011 NCAA tournament. The most recent time that tOSU men's basketball played on a court whose floor displayed the logo of one of those two teams that tOSU defeated last week, who was the opponent?

Correct. The 2007 regional in San Antonio had a UTSA Roadrunner logo on it when tOSU played Tennessee and Memphis; with Memphis being the more recent game.

Correct. Diebs missed 2, then hit 9 straight, then missed his last 3 attempts outside the arc against Florida-Gulf Coast in December, and he hit 9 straight at Penn State earlier in March.

Correct. Dick LeBeau, against Minnesota in 1958. That was the first year they were allowed since the PATs were changed from 2-points to 1-point in 1898. tOSU won that game 23-20.
