Correct. Jack Gibbs was a senior with limited experience that came into the game after LB Hubert Bobo was injured. With tOSU trailing 7-0, he picked off a pass and returned it to the 10 yard line, setting up the first Buckeye TD. It was the reason tOSU was tied 7-7 at the half, despite being outgained 190-42. In the second half, tOSU had a great goal-line stand after getting a punt blocked, and then had a 99-yard drive to take the lead; the final score was 21-7.
I thought that one would be rough. It was posted within a scan by Jax in the countdown thread, but wouldn't show in a search. And some articles about the game don't mention Gibbs.
