ECU got screwed just before halftime with a momentum killing non-touchdown review at USF's 1/2 yard line. I think the team on offense should have the right to block a review that could overturn a call on the field that goes against them. ECU had them on the ropes and just needed a half yard to score. Would have been much easier to punch it in without giving the defense 5 minutes to rest while the review is conducted.
