Penn State at Iowa should be good. TTUN at Corn might be good. Maryland is not likely to make it competitive in the ‘Shoe. The rest of the B1G slate is crap.

Then there are two straight weeks of nothing but Bye Weeks and Crap in the B1G.

Then October 30th rolls in with the Pedophile Enabling Wastes of human DNA coming to Columbus and the battle for the worst state in the union. If those 4 teams remain undefeated in conference play until then, it will be the last week of the year with two games pairing B1G conference-unbeatens. The last week has the same 4 teams squaring off in a different pairing; the weeks in between have at most one good game each.

The West division would have had some decent games in there somewhere, but Iowa is decent and the rest is garbage this year. Having said that, Iowa may well get exposed this coming week.

Way more than usual. Many games in which Rip van Winkle would be betting entirely the wrong way.

Living on the Left Coast has me much more tuned into the Pac 12 than I thought I'd be. Oregon State has become reasonably competent, something that hasn't happened in my adult life.

They looked good against USC last week.

They managed to finish #4 in 2000 after they routed the Domers 41-9 in the Fiesta Bowl. Good times.
