Because ND is watching them blitz over and over again and not only runs into it, but has yet to use screens, draws, literally anything to try and slow them down. Awful playcalling.

On defense they're worn down. Duke looked like shit on offense in the first half because ND has a great defense, but they look physical now using their QB as a FB.
