They think play calling is everything. They’ve been bitching about play calling for a decade, as if just calling the right plays will win any game, all while only sending only one offensive lineman to the NFL in the first round. They haven’t figured out that if you can’t control the line of scrimmage then it really doesn’t matter what plays you call.

That and their philosophy basically boils down to “We’re Texas!” and it doesn’t go much deeper than that.
