wouldn't be early football season if we weren't discussing Hurricanes possibly affecting game
Storm should be cleared and out over Atlantic by kickoff.
however any deviation in the timing or track could provide some interesting weather for this game (and a miserable experience for the fans).
I don't see any way it tracks far enough west to be anything more than just shitty weather though.
Game itself will be safe and all weather will be easily cleared out before this one starts.
as of now, Orlando will avoid all of the worst parts of the storm and should be unharmed, so impacts will be more on the people traveling infor the game, because both fan bases will have to pass right through the aftermath to get there.
So if any of you are making that trip, plan ahead.
the exact "where" storm hits and how powerful will play huge parts.
Question will be does it pass close enough to start screwing up:
electricity outages?
hotel availability (people evacuating coastal areas heading inland, etc.)?
roads in and out of the area?
liquor stores being empty because people buy that shit up before storms hit?
If this storm is really bad, then there is also the possibility of Orlando being basically a staging area for any recuse type efforts as well.
