Pretty much this. Result was targetting by the book but that’s tough for a defender.

also the intentional grounding was bad. Just a miscommunication. Not grounding the ball to avoid a sack. Whatever.

edit- maybe the launching and lowered head were bad. Still. Split second things happen.

Dudes have to stop lowering their head. It's a dangerous way to tackle, for the defender, as well.
