He wasn't always elite - but man is Georgia Tech going to miss Haynes King.
Mendoza is a good, traditional QB but he can't (or won't) put his head down and gain six yards like King would.
If they can't figure out how to run the ball - long season on the Flats.

Bottom of the B1G not looking so hot again. Purdue allows Indiana State (3-9 in the FCS last year) to go right down the field before they stall in the red zone and have to settle for a FG to tie it at 3

Eh there’s more ways to win that having a QB run every other play. Mendoza has pretty good success throwing, maybe the Ga Tech staff should’ve done more to highlight his strengths.

Woah sparty DB just got absolutely embarrassed for a 60 yard touchdown. Bit in a simple out route and the basically got dragged into the end zone the last 5 yards.
