Looks like a focal point of their offense. I don't think they have much at the skill positions besides him and Shipp. 3 targets on the 1at drive. Probably shoulda had a TD but Edwards made a terrible throw on that 3rd and goal.

Really hoped Thurman would stay and blow up his last two years. He had improved, but couldn’t beat out Klare or Kacmarek for significant snaps. I imagine Roberts beating him out for time was the final nail in the coffin.

It's funny how different our team looks compared to teams like TCU/UNC, physically. There are a whole lot of "skinny " players for them that you don't see in Columbus

FCS has had some crazy good games so far. Went with my brother in law to to Cal Poly game (our alma mater) last night and were treated to this ending

Unfortunately I fell asleep before the end, but Poly’s QB will do some damage this season.
