we can't win on the road

and we are lucky. we didn't beat them, they beat themselves. we have a boring offense. we barely won. the refs were biased in our favor. we are overrated.

the classic oldies tune from The Four Tops is running through my head right now:

"It's just the same, old song
It's just a different season but the beat goes on"

I love it. I love ugly wins. I love having the rest of the country think we're lucky and overrated. I love it. He who laughs last, laughs best.

Except for that 3rd down penalty that eventually cost a TD, we watched Tressel Ball the whole day.. it will be interesting to see how NCSt's season turns out. Man, were they undisciplined this afternoon. Dopey penalties, lack of concentration, selfish penalties and many TO's.
