I am married with kids also. I will get $200 out when I deposit my check and it will last for a month, I use the credit card for everything. I use a magnetic money clip with big bills in back and folded over all the small bills are exposed. Some of you have some interesting issues.

I have a huge George Costanza wallet, b/c I have tons of business cards, library card, video card, medical, etc. in it. Anhd no, I don't arrange my cash in any special fashion, I try to use my debit card as much as possible.

I'm similar to Mili (big bills in the back, smaller ones up front... all facing me, and not upside down)... however I don't arrange them from newest version to oldest version, I arrange them from crisp to tattered (I like crisp bills... I try to rid myself of the ripped up ones)...

My fiance is as anal about his wallet as you guys are. He used to hate it when I got into his wallet because I would put something back wrong. It's not so bad now because I fix it just the way he wants.

For me, I don't care. If I even carry cash it ends up in one of my pockets (sometimes all four of my pockets have money). I don't care about having them in a certain order. Half the time I just shove the money in crumbled up. It's nice though. I once found $20 in a pair of shorts I hadn't worn for a year.

I also used to do that when I used to buy shit from vending machines a lot (always wanted to save a "good" bill in case I needed to make a vending run), but not so much now that we have a huge ass fridge in our office to keep food.

I have the bills in order by value, larger ones in the back. I make them face the same way, but I don't care if they're upside down or not.
