Finally got the house in NC rented after 5 months of trying to rent or sell. Rented to two guys from the AF base that are firefighters. They already brought a crew of guys over while I was there this weekend to clean up the yard. As bad as I wanted to sell it, I am glad to have someone in the house. While it was vacant someone crawled under the house and ripped out all the copper plumbing. We put a lock on the access panel and someone else cut it and tried to do it again. To bad we used PEX. Fired my fuck ass Property Manager/Realtor who didn't do jack shit for me. Found out that he didn't have it listed on AHRN after he told me to take my listing off so he could put it with his others. I put it back on and had 4 inquiries right away.
