Vote Smith! (ESPN poll)

ND has FIVE TOUGH GAMES to start the season. IF they get by those, it's USC that only stands in their way. Don't be surprised to see GT knock em off in Hotlanta!

I say everyone should flood GT's football office and team/coaches with Brady Quinn HYPE!

I like that idea. Motivate a couple football teams, as if they needed anymore motivation.

The only difference between Notre Dame last year and Notre Dame this year is they will have everyone on their schedules full attention. Come on, ND hasn't been a national force for the last decade. They were after thoughts until they ALMOST upset a few really good teams. And they were exposed when they played the Buckeyes as the frauds that they were. It will be interesting to see if they can even be 8-3 this year. I'm guessing they can, but it is FAR from a guarantee.

They are doing the poll again: who will win the Heisman Trophy? Link

Options are Marshawn Lynch, Adrian Peterson, Troy Smith, and Brady Quinn.

Quinn leading with 51%, Peterson in second with 26%, Troy in third with 18%, and Lynch in last with 4%.

Even 49% of the state of California voted for Quinn...:shake:

What amazes me is that the whole nation saw Smith outperform Quinn last year in the Fiesta Bowl, hands down. Quinn didn't even throw a touchdown. Smith, on the other hand, threw better than the "2006 Heisman," and ran the ball effectively, as well.

How do they still not get it, that Brady is not going to run away with this?
