I'm not really that high on him... I've seen him a few times and he's just been OK. With the haul on the DL the last two years I'd only take top-flight kids next year, personally, and I don't think Taco is "top-flight". Just my opinion.

I can't speak to the first part of the statement, as I really haven't studied up on the '13 prospects yet, but I think the second part is right on. With the way we've recruited the past two years, DE is a position we can afford to slow play. I wouldn't be surprised or in the least bit upset if the staff waited for the cream to rise to the top before they really started pursuing any DE's hard.

No worries. Just my opinion from seeing him in person. He'll play high level football somewhere due to his physical capabilities.

OSU is loaded in the DE position. He will definitely fit in at a college where that position is needed. There is so much up side to this kid. From what I see Michigan is showing him alot of intrest. Michigan is also loaded at the DE position. :osu:From what I seen of him this year I was impressed. He played in a defense at his high school that ran a 3-4 defense 75% of the time. He clearly is a 4-3 player. He didnt fit that defense

I don't think I would call Michigan loaded at any defensive position. Certainly not in the same breath as saying Ohio State is loaded at D-Line, because I think Michigan would take half of our players in a heart beat next year.

His body type looks similar to Julius Peppers and Mario Williams. Tall and very lean. Could add 20 more pounds and still be an edge rusher, imo.

Really hope Urban's ego doesn't get the best of him here. Just let Michigan have him, don't wanna bash the kid and he will be playing high D1 football but not someone I see close to Ohio State caliber.
