"Maybe Alan listens to DC Talk considering he's a big Christian all of a sudden."

Not sure what that is supposed to mean....but, yes most of my music in my old age is contemp. christian....hey, i get to meet the newsboys soon!!!

Anyways....my much older sister gave me ALL of her Beatles albums when they broke up.....I was so young, but the beatles first two greatest hits albums were my first intro into music.....It was awesome...great memories...

(Tape) AC/DC - Back in Black. One of the greatest rock albums ever made. (CD) Metallica - And Justice For All

CCI - I remember having Stay Hungry on Tape. I used to listen to it all the time

My first record was Simon & Garfunkel "Cecilia" (a single), I played it on a plastic Mickey Mouse record player when I was 4 or 5 or something. .
I remember when some radio stations wouldn't play this song because of the lyrics:

"Making love in the afternoon,
With Cecilia up in my bedroom"

Scandalous stuff!

I think my first record was a Moody Blues LP.

First tape - Duran Duran "Arena"
First CD - Pink Floyd "The Wall"

My tastes evolved alot over those years. I still have that same CD almost 15 years later. I consider it the best album ever (yes, even better than Dark Side).

As for the Duran Duran tape, I'm sure it hit the trash heap many years ago.

I know I'm gonna catch a bunch of hell for this, but just so there's no more confusion... this is me

Dude, you're just asking for your ass to get PhotoShopped big time...

My first album was "USA" by Felix Slatkin...that's the album the original Olympic Fanfare ("Bugler's Dream") was taken. First rock album was "Toulouse Street" by the Doobie Brothers.

Art Garfunkel's son travels with him now, and does a mean rendition of "Feelin' Groovy." Nice kid. Inherited his dad's hair. :)
