Yeah. Based on my experience with their sales and customer service staff, management doesn't much care if you sleep on the job.

Try to find a call center where you take orders, such as Yankee Candle (Speed FC in Pataskala) or Bear Creek (Harry & David in Hebron), instead of a place where you deal with pissed off people. A friend of mine works for a bank taking calls from people that haven't gotten their child support/ food stamps...and those people aren't pleasant.

I know of at least 3 children who lost their lives because of his actions. You wouldn't be pleasant either.

Check out Highlights (the kids magazine) call center. Their main office is in cbus off grandview/670. Its very easy work, the people there are great, and theres potential to get a better position after being there a while, which is what I did. Most that call in are just wanting to order, cancel, or have their magazine resent. I worked there for a while as I finished up school. They pay around $10-11 an hour (which isn't the best but it's better than nothing).
