I like the Home Run Derby, I was going to suggest who has the most overall, but that would be the one who wins. Also Dara Torres is only going to be in two events now, I think Michael Phelps would be a little better seeing as he participates in seven events.

Also maybe just who wins the All-Star game? Although I do like who hits first bomb.
